Take a walk to the local beach which is perfect for family picnics in the sunshine. There are numerous waterside and woodland walks directly from your front door, or head to Ben Lawers National Nature Reserve (9 miles) for mountain hikes and breathtaking views. The quirky former post office has a reverse-level layout, fully maximising the stunning views over the loch. There are little nods to the property’s postal past, including a fabulous original post box in the garden! The holiday home is decorated in a contemporary style of neutral tones and homely accessories, creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere. As you step into the ground floor of the spacious, detached property, you’ll find a vestibule to store all your outdoor gear, followed by three pretty bedrooms: two doubles and a king-size. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities, and there’s also an additional WC on this floor. Completing the ground floor is the handy utility room. Heading upstairs, you’ll find the two remaining bedrooms (a double and a twin), as well as the stylish family bathroom. The main living area is located on the first floor. This magnificent lounge/diner is bright and airy, thanks to the French doors leading out onto the balcony. Sumptuous sofas are arranged around a Smart TV, and there is a large dining table where you can gather for memorable mealtimes together. The fabulous kitchen is a pleasure to cook in, with everything you need to rustle up a tasty meal for the group and stunning views of the loch and Munros.
