Welcome! Please enjoy this private renovated ground floor bedroom with ensuite. The apartment is located downstairs from our house, where the 2 of us and our 2 dogs live. Included is a large outside patio with furniture and garden access. If you wish to enjoy time on the deck; it can be accessed via the balcony stairs; dusk and dawn are particularly special with glimpses of the Bay. Your choice to park either on large nature strip or bottom of driveway. Great place for your quiet getaway

Comfortable, clean and spacious room in a lovely location. The room was perfectly equipped with plenty of facilities. It exceeded our expectations! The hosts are lovely, so kind and friendly. I’ll definitely stay again if I happen to visit the area again. I really really recommend this to future guests, it’s honestly perfect for a cozy stay.

Our place is located in Flinders Street; a quiet wide street with plenty of parking on the nature strip, or down our shared drive.
We are near Arthur's Seat and national park.
We are 5 mins drive to the beach and close to the shops etc.
5 mins drive: McCrae beach, Coles, Heronswood, McCrae Homestead
10 mins drive and under: supermarkets (4), shops, cafes, restaurants, some tourist attractions such as wineries, Dromana Drive In, Arthurs Seat Eagle, Dromana Industrial Estate (contains some tourist stores), walking tracks etc.
17 minutes' drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs
20 minutes walking and under: McCrae beach - access via Bayview Road underpass to avoid traffic; Coles, walking track to Seawinds.
Parking: generally good, with a couple of exceptions...beach parking on a hot public holiday, etc.
