Beattie is a lovely host, attentive and professional. Tonto is very well-behaved and so cute - they both made me feel right at home. The place is clean, well located, close to the tube station and restaurants, yet very peaceful in a residential neighbourhood. The room is as described and comfortable for one person. It was very helpful to have a kettle and tea bags in the room. Although I visited at the end of April, it was really cold one night but Beattie thoughtfully provided a table-top heater which was super nice. The Highbury Fields is a short walk away. Beattie's coffee is awesome and something to look forward to each morning! My 3 days here were very pleasant and comfortable and I will be happy to be back

I had a wonderful time at Beatrice’s home. She was very kind and offered coffee in the morning. She was flexible with my early arrival and her home was a wonderful space to stay in during a trip alone to London. I would recommend any solo traveler to stay in this space!

I had a wonderful stay at Beatrice's. The place was exactly as described, clean and quiet whilst also being at minutes walk from major tube lines (victoria, piccadilly, overground and great northern). Beatrice is a fantastic host: friendly, always responsive and keen to make your stay as good as possible. Bonus point for Tonto, who is super friendly and fun as well!

Great stay with Beattie - very clean, pretty house, great view from bedroom window, you can sometimes hear London bells. Tonto is a sweet little dog who likes to yap, and likes treats even more.

A great stay at this lovely house in Highbury. Location is brilliant – well connected to tubes and buses, and as it says, one stop to Kings Cross and four stops to Oxford Circus. Thoroughly recommended
