The space was perfect for our visit. The location on the Riverwalk was great, especially for the Fiesta parade, and parking was convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedroom and bathroom were good-sized and were clean. We could easily walk to the attractions and restaurants in the area. Hung-Jen sent us a detailed video prior to arrival that made check-in very smooth. We really enjoyed the updated amenities in this historic building and would stay again when we are in the San Antonio area.

I stayed here for my bachelorette and it was very comfortable and everything was within walking distance. It was very clean and he gave very clear instructions on how to get into our room. I’d definitely recommend this place to stay to friends and family.

What a lovely spot in downtown SA! We overnighted for a concert at Empire Theater on St. Mary's -it was right next door! Parking was a dream, no issues, free, couldn't ask for better-we were literally ON the River Walk! Hung-Jen is a responsive host, very accommodating and really pays attention to detail to ensure a smooth stay. His place is very clean, modern, spacious, right out of an Ikea catalogue. The bed feels like a decently firm mattress with a layer of memory foam, comfortable. The view is tremendous, the living room is surrounded by big windows that let in tons of natural light, but also have some great privacy shades you can keep closed. LIGHT SLEEPERS should be aware that you can't shut out all the light in the bedroom, as the curtains are thin-ish and don't hug the wall, there are flashing tiny lights on the carbon monoxide and smoke alarms, and there's no sneaking quietly on the old (gorgeous) wooden floors - it's a 100 year old bldg! We would definitely stay again! Thx!

Hung-Jen’s place is walkable distance to the riverwalk. I really enjoyed the arcade games. Plus the bed was very comfy :)

Great condo, perfect for a couple. We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was close to the Riverwalk, Alamo and restaurants. Great weekend getaway place.
