We booked the 5 bedroom home so we could accommodate friends and family together. We got to the facility and noticed that the front door was hard to latch and lock. The house was clean and appeared to have been remodeled which was nice. We had an issue with the A/C upstairs not working and the temperature was 77° upstairs .The outside was running but there was no air coming out of the vents and the line outside was freezing up. We decided to turn off the thermostat and wait 3 hours to turn it back on but but no help. We reported the problem to Airbnb the Friday evening and they were friendly and they reported it to the host. We booked it for 3 day/2 nights and had to accommodate with it being alot warmer upstairs. We finally got word back from Airbnb on Tuesday the following week that the host had checked the A/C and it was working fine. Airbnb said the host was not going to refund any partial payments back. Airbnb did a courtesy refund for our troubles of $150 which was nice.

We rented this ouse to see the eclipse. It is big and comfortable hotel style house. It is better to use it as 4 bedrooms but has extra bedroom if needed. Good neighborhood and nice trails from the house. Clean and has everything needed for a short stay.

I loved the area it was very convenient to get to Walmart from the house it was very clean and had fast food places near as well and also close to a cvs

Fairly generic house. While it did for the description, it felt like corporate housing. The pros: 1. In a quiet and safe neighborhood. 2. Comfortable mattress, pillows and blankets. 3. Updated fixtures and appliances. Well done refresh to an older property. The cons: 1. All top floor beds were missing the box springs, and without bed slats, the foam mattresses fell through to the floor where you laid on them. 2. While the listing is accurate with 5 beds and 2 full bathrooms, it’s an awkward combination during shower times. Felt like there should have been one more full bath in the floor plan. 3. No extras: blankets, basic kitchen items (salt, pepper, only 1 packet of coffee, etc). 4. Very little personality. 5. Unclear instructions. The welcome message was a form letter that was missing the door code. Had to message the hosts for the code when we arrived. (Points for a timely response). Overall, it was a place to stay. Not impressive but did the job.
