My home is close to Forest Hills, JFK Airport, LaGuardia Airport, Tennis stadiums, Citifield and E and F subway lines at Kew Gardens Stations (7 minute walk). You’ll love my place because of the quiet neighborhood, parking availability, comfy bed, and central location. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travelers. Unique location because it's close to the City, yet you don't feel like you are in the City. Just minutes away are all the City amenities, yet you can retreat to a quiet comfortable environment at night.

I had a great stay at Kathryn's! The neighborhood felt safe, the bus & subway were an easy walk. The room was pretty & clean. Kathryn was a great host, very friendly & answered all my questions. I would be happy to stay here again.

So far in my early career using AirBnb, this was my favorite one. Kathryn is responsive and very friendly to ask questions about the place or her interests. The room was very clean, and spacious, and a comfortable bed to sleep on. My favorite aspect was the location. Though in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, you are close to Manhattan. Had a fantastic time and recommend it again in the future

Very quiet neighborhood. I am on a tree-line street among well-kept detached homes.
Plenty of street parking. Walking distance to the E and F subway lines at Union Turnpike/Kew Gardens station. Two stops from accessing the Long Island Railroad and 25 minutes into Manhattan by subway. Also I am a short drive to both major airports.

I am an attorney currently working remotely for a private law firm in Queens and for the Virgin Islands Supreme Court. Being remote, I am accessible to my guests if they have any questions or need advice. I have been hosting since 2015 and really enjoy meeting people from all over the world! My home is pet free and smoke free. While marijuana is now legal in NYC, I don't permit any smoking or juul inside my home.
