2995 Seabrook Island Road, Seabrook Island Resort Home, Charleston, South Carolina, Pet-Friendly, Pool Access, Club Access Surrounded by gorgeous live oaks and lush island greenery, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath home at 2995 Seabrook Island Road is ideal for your next island vacation. Centrally located on Seabrook Island, within easy biking distance of resort amenities and the beach, this home also sits along a scenic equestrian trail and allows renters to see horses walk by multiple times a day. The home was completely renovated in 2020, providing a comfortable & modern spot for you to enjoy all that the island has to offer. The open-floor plan of the main living space and kitchen is perfect for entertaining and spending time with friends and family. There is a gorgeous sun room with expansive windows that allows guests to take in the wooded views and helps to fill the home with natural light. It is a wonderful spot for playing board games or relaxing with a book. You'll also love relaxing on the comfortable sectional sofa in front of the large TV. There is a beautiful dining table with seating for eight as well as a few more bar stools at the kitchen counter. The newly upgraded kitchen has plenty of storage and prep space. There are two bedrooms located on the first floor of the home. The primary suite (Bedroom #1) features a king bed, TV, private bath and access to the deck. The second bedroom (Bedroom #2) has a king bed, TV and private bathroom. Head up the stairs to find the third bedroom (Bedroom #3), which a spacious & unique bunk room with multiple bunk beds (totaling four twins and two full-size beds). This room is perfect for the kids! For added convenience, the home offers complimentary WiFi and a full-size washer/dryer. And the owner does have a 6-seater golf cart for rent! We also allow you to bring one small dog for an added fee. Seabrook Island has a dog beach, making it a fun place for our furry friends to visit too! One of the most special areas of the house is the expansive back deck with patio dining table and grill. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day. The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee of $50/per day per family, or $300/week. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2024. If you are booking early, please note that club access options will be changing in 2025. To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities. Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island is requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking. All Sweetgrass rental properties include: bed linens, bath towels, access to washer/dryer, high-speed internet/WiFi, no-contact remote check-in process, and a one-day starter supply kit of necessities (ex. paper towel roll, toilet paper, one trash bag, one packet of detergents, single-use soaps, and a package of coffee).
Great property in Seabrook Island! We have been to Seabrook a couple of times and this house was everything we were looking for... Nice layout, clean, organized, comfortable beds, well-supplied kitchen, etc. The gated community is great for walking, and it is just a few minute drive to the boardwalks that lead out to the beach, and a few minutes to the pools, restaurants, etc. There is a small horse trail right behind the house so you may see horses slowly walking by, which was very cool! The house is set back from the road so it is very quiet and private. We'd certainly stay here again!
A great stay in a beautiful community! We loved the close access to the beach and our kids really enjoyed the community pool. A really peaceful spot.
Car is recommended. If you are not bringing a car, we do have recommendations for transportation companies.
