Inquire directly if interested in a multi-month stay! The Dunes is a public 18-hole golf and tennis club with pool, restaurant, golf pro shop and tennis pro shop. All renters are able to purchase the use of The Dunes, Pool & Tennis membership & clubhouse for an ADDITIONAL $500 FEE paid to SBL. The clubhouse is a common meeting point for tennis players, golfers, locals and visitors. The clubhouse offers full service dining with spectacular views of the golf course and wildlife preserve. (Please note: Golf is not included and will require an additional fee to be paid to the Dunes Club directly). This home has a highly sought-after location that will allow for many options for beach/water access. The deeded beach access is located at the end of Lindgren Blvd on East Gulf Drive just west of the Sanibel Inn -- only a 30 minute walk or a 10 minute bike ride away. There is limited parking available at the deeded beach access and at the beach/bay access. In addition to the deeded access you can also quickly walk or ride to the Bay entrance at the end of Bailey's Road great for fishing or kayaking, the Sanibel Causeway Island B (closest to Sanibel) for stellar sunsets, and the Lighthouse Beach (at the most Eastern point of the island) for a bit of history, use of the new fishing pier, and fun dolphin watching. Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms + den/3 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Queen bed, 4 Twin (sleeps 10), Smart TV's (streaming only), free WIFI, washer & dryer, pool, BBQ gas grill, covered parking. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience. Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 10 people.
