The location is amazing. The view is amazing and the pool at the complex was quiet and lovely. We did experience a few problems during our stay mainly with AC and cleanliness and Palmer was out of town. His staff did respond quickly and tried their best to resolve any issues. Palmer did call me when he returned the following week after our stay. I feel confident for future guests that Palmer will address the issues we incurred so they do not happen again. Sanibel is a beautiful island to relax, walk on beach for shells and eat at great restaurants.

This condo was in a great location. Right on the beach and close to the pool. Close to Bailey’s and restaurants. Very clean and nicely decorated. Great communication with the owner while making reservations, during our stay and after checking out. I will definitely be back.

Amazing location -- absolutely everything you could want for a fantastic Sanibel experience! We brought our 4-year old, and the combined beach / pool access made for days full of sun and fun. We even got to use the tennis court one morning (rackets and tennis balls were in the closet, nice!). The kitchen is fully functional and reasonably well-stocked, but probably not ideal for cooking a feast (but this isn't why you're coming to Sanibel, right?). The provided beach equipment was slightly disappointing: the umbrella works fine, but the chairs and sun shade were not really usable. We were glad we brought our own chairs. Overall, it's a great place to stay for a small family, esp. with kids. If we come back to Sanibel we'd most likely look to stay here again.

The perfect location for a relaxing beach vacation. Steps away from the sand and ocean, a screened in porch for morning coffee, falling asleep to the sound of the waves, Palmer’s place was perfect. Comfortable and spotless, felt like home, well equipped for all things beach. We will definitely be back.
