Excellent service from start to finish
It was a very lovely place, the ambience was good. The rooms were well equiped and very neat. Everything was great. I only had a little challenge with getting in, the flat number on the address sent to me was different from what was assigned to me, I stood outside in the cold for a while before it was sorted. Overall, it was still a great experience and would be staying there again if i visit Leicester.
Nice apartment and good location. Some things need reviewing in the property to make it a better stay such as the wifi which wasn't working.
Lovely apartment and location, just a few teething issues as we were first to stay there, but highly recommended
No tv for three days when im working away this is evening relaxation i found no one willing to sort the problem i would not return because of this
