Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Good size garden with bbq and seating area The fox’s House is a stunning New build property in the beautiful village of Queniborough. There is a private driveway suitable for 2-3 cars and free street parking. It is a modern home with modern comforts! The garden has a decking area with a sofa and egg chair where you can enjoy a BBQ and a glass of wine. Inside you’ll find one lounge, with a 65inch tv and sky package for entertainment. A spacious fully-equipped kitchen with a table seating six, overlooking the garden. You can also enjoy the TV in this space with the sky package included. A downstairs toilet with a hand washing sink. There are four comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms one being an en-suite to bedroom one ‒ the ideal base to explore the heart of England Bedroom one has a super king bed with en-suite and TV. Bedroom two has a king size bed and TV. Bedroom three has a trundle single bed with a pull out mattress making it into two single beds and a TV. Bedroom four has a single bed. Sleeps 7 There is room for a travel cot in bedroom 2 and bedroom 4 if needed.

Lovely spotless house, would stay again
This place is totally amazing. Very clean home. Peaceful and everything you can ever need is available. Amy is an amazing host. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a weekend in Leicestershire.
Our stay was short just one night, however it was better than described. Very beautifully decorated, clean, peaceful and quiet location. Will keep in mind for the future.
My first time booking a stay on air bnb, I have to say I could not have asked for a better host than Amy she went above and beyond . Amy was absolutely amazing, at any point in time that I had a query, she would respond swiftly and in the most friendly manner. The holiday home was absolutely breathtaking , the location and most importantly the views in locality of the property. The property itself was absolutely stunning, spacious and most importantly cleanliness was immaculate. The outdoor space was a bonus and we enjoyed spending time both indoors and outdoors. Living in London we specifically chose this place as it is away from a fast paced city lifestyle, this was a relaxing area near the countryside. A 20 minute drive out of the area would lead you to the city centre . I just wanted to say a big thank you to Amy for making our first experience a special one and we will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this place the best you can get !

In Queniborough village there is St Mary’s church with the famous 162-foot needle spire, this is the perfect location for exploring the beautiful countryside and market towns of Leicestershire and Rutland.
The fox’s is ideal for holidaymakers with country walks and 15 minutes from historic Bradgate Park ‒ home to the 550 red and fallow deer who roam around the romantic ruins of Lady Jane Grey’s childhood home. You can explore the many hiking and biking trails then return to your peaceful retreat to enjoy a BBQ in the garden.
Beacon Hill and Swithland Wood, famous for its bluebells, are also close by. Conkers, the family-friendly forest adventure park, Ashby Castle and Belvoir Castle ‒ which stars in The Crown ‒ are a short drive.
You can visit Leicester’s National Space Centre and the King Richard III Visitor Centre next to Leicester Cathedral where the King lies following his famous discovery underneath a car park!
There are plenty shops, popular pubs and restaurants nearby, including the amazing variety of Indian cuisine!
We have access to the local village tennis court which can be booked for free.
Please bring your own tennis rackets and balls.
The court can be booked at the Post Office - 9am to 530pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 9am to 1pm.
The key will be kept at the house but a charge of £20 will be made if lost or damaged.
