Second Floor: Primary Bedroom 2 (King bed) with attached private bath (stand up shower). Bedroom 3 (Queen bed) and Bedroom 4 (Bunk room: Twin XL over Twin XL and Twin XL over Queen). With a closet full of children's toys and books. Bedroom 3 and 4 share a hall bathroom (with tub). Work space and balcony overlooking first floor living room. Basement: Living room 2 with pool table, 4 person X-Men arcade game and marble card table. Full bath (stand up shower) and mini kitchen. Bedroom 5 (King Bed and Twin bunk beds with a pull out trundle) with attached half bath. Laundry room. Please note the basement temperature is naturally cooler than the upstairs. Garage: Dry bar with fridge and lots of games including shuffle board, foosball, skee ball, air hockey/ping pong/pool table, mega Jenga. Arcade games; digital Marvel pinball machine, 4 person NBA Jam, 2 person Street Fighter, 2 person old school game set including Star Wars, Atari, etc. Climate controlled with a mini split. Deck/Outdoor: Outside you'll find our expansive deck with adirondack chairs and two tables seating 16 people. 7 person hot tub and our 4 person sauna. Fire pit with adirondack chairs. (Firewood is not supplied). A custom playset with swings. Large Connect 4 and toys. Walk down the drive to our private fishing pond with dock.
