Our spacious bungalow has 3 double bedrooms, a large living room, bathroom with a double shower and a fully equipped kitchen. It is in a perfect location for those visiting the NEC / Resorts world / Birmingham airport as they are a 10 min train journey away! It’s also ideal for those who want to do a group booking or business in Birmingham. Free parking for up-to 3/4 cars on drive. Our property boasts a large private garden, perfect to lounge and soak in the sun (excusing the British weather). Within each of the 3 bedrooms there are two small double beds so a total of 6 small double beds in the property - we know there is nothing like a good nights sleep! A bedside table and lamp is also provided for evening/cosy light. The kitchen has all your cooking essentials so you can happily cook should you not fancy eating in one of the many local restaurants or takeaways. For your ease we have provided leaflets and menus from a few of the local favourites should you want to give them a try! The garden is very large in size and private so you can relax outside in the warmer seasons, we have provided a BBQ for your use should you need it - please see house rules for further information.
