Arrived to a very dirty room which caused further delay in our check in. Since we could not check in my family had to wait around while onsite management worked with Stella to get our room cleaned. Stella did initiate a $45 cleaning fee refund quickly. Be advised the building and neighborhood is completely under construction. It is impossible to avoid big pot holes on the way to the building. Building is definitely peaceful and beautiful. My family and I were looking forward to the outdoor tub…but learned that it did not work and did not come with instructions. The unit is also on the 3rd floor, which is only accessible by stairs due to the construction (elevator is also under construction). Overall, lovely apartment in a quiet part of the jungle…just be prepared for dust and some isolation. Building architecture is beautiful.
