总体评价：在慕尼黑独自旅行的性价比之选。 位置：该处住所位于距离慕尼黑市中心不远的地方，步行五分钟即可到达Innsbruck Ring地铁站，有U2和U5两条地铁线选择，两条线路均能连接市中心和地铁站，搭乘地铁到市中心大约8分钟，到火车站大约12分钟，距离各条线路换乘点也很近，来去机场只需换乘一次，总之交通出行很方便。 设施：此处住所的空间不大，但是麻雀虽小五脏俱全，有舒服的床（宽约1.2米）、书桌、微波炉、冰箱和各种餐具，卫生间也是只有你一个人用，所以相当于住了一个带独卫的单间。此外，房东太太考虑的非常周到，在卫生间里准备了各种尺寸的毛巾和其它可能需要的用品。 其它：房东太太Monika只能够用德语沟通，但是其实你并不用担心这会是什么太大的问题，比比划划大概也能听个明白了。房东人超级好超级热情，会尝试解答你所有的问题并且给出她的建议。在这儿住了三天舒服的简直不想走。 ---------------------------------------------------------------- I regard this accommodation as a worth choice if you're travelling alone in Munich. Location: The accommodation is within a five-minute walk from the underground station Innsbrucker Ring. It takes about 8 mins to get the city center and 12 mins to the central station(Hbf). Otherwise, it is convenient to get to several transfer stations, not matter it is U or S. For example, you only need to transfer once to get to the airport. Facilities: Though small space, nearly everything is included. You will have a really comfortable bed, your own desk, a microwave and a fridge. Also you will have your own bathroom. So it's equal to a single room including private bathroom. The host lady is attentive offering everything you may need in the bathroom, including clean towels of different sizes. Others: Although the host lady Monika can only communicate in German, there's nothing to worry. It is possible to make you understand through body language. The host is really a nice person who's quite welcoming, she will try to answer your questions and give out her solutions. Staying here for three night is so cozy that I even don't want to leave. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Ich finde diese Unterkunft eine gute Wahl, wenn Sie alleine in München unterwegs sind. Lage: Die Unterkunft liegt nur 5 Gehminuten von der U-Bahnstation Innsbrucker Ring entfernt. Es dauert ca. 8 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum und 12 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof (Hbf). Ansonsten ist es praktisch, mehrere Transferstationen zu bekommen, egal, ob es U oder S. Zum Beispiel müssen Sie nur einmal Transfer zum Flughafen. Ausstattung: Obwohl wenig Platz, ist fast alles enthalten. Sie haben ein wirklich bequemes Bett, einen eigenen Schreibtisch, eine Mikrowelle und einen Kühlschrank. Auch Sie haben Ihr eigenes Badezimmer. So ist es gleich ein Einzelzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Die Gastgeberin ist aufmerksam und bietet alles, was man braucht im Badezimmer, inklusive saubere Handtücher in verschiedenen Größen. Andere: Obwohl die Gastgeber-Dame Monika nur auf Deutsch kommunizieren kann, gibt es nichts zu befürchten. Es ist möglich, Sie durch die Körpersprache zu verstehen. Der Gastgeber ist wirklich eine nette Person, die sehr einladend ist, wird sie versuchen, Ihre Fragen zu beantworten und geben ihre Lösungen. Der Aufenthalt hier für drei Nächte ist so gemütlich, dass ich gar nicht mehr abreisen will.

Monika's place is like a self-contained small pad with the listed amenities as mentioned. The toilet and shower is private and is designated for the guest's use only. Underground station is nearby and it is easy to go to and from the center.

Klein aber fein - es ist eine klasse Unterkunft für ein paar Tage. Auch zum Arbeiten für einige Stunden hat es vollkommen gepasst. Die Nachbarschaft ist super schön! Danke Monika, gerne wieder 😌
