I never Personally got to meet John! He said we were his second guests as new to air BnB. Unfortunately the cleaner did not show up and we had to wait to get the key as was not left in correct spot. John was very apologetic and went and got new bedding and cleaned the house while we were at an event. I think just need to put soap in the bathrooms for hygiene after toilets and always ensure place is ready before a guest arrives. I think he was very responsive and apologetic so I would recommend he just needs to do some research on what is needed to be a host of Air BnB. Overall the house was exactly what was advertised and was a reasonable price for the night.
