We had Family stay in the house due to my Brother's wedding. 8 adults & 2 children. The adults had the bedrooms & the children slept on mattresses that we bought & slept in the media room. We had issues with keyless entry when the code we were given wouldn't work. We notified the Hosts who came to the house but had to leave again to get the key & reprogram the keyless entry. We had to wait outside for over an hour. We notified AIR BNB who rang several times & stayed on the phone to ensure we were safe & to keep them up to date with what was happening. The Host tried to tell us that we put the wrong code in & it had locked because it has never happened before but this wasn't the case as we only used the code provided. The Host put the same code in & lock said "operation failed". There was no apology or offer of compensation for the mishap. We were an hour late for my Brother's Wedding reception. We cleaned the house & stripped the beds. We took our own cleaning products & Vacuum.

Great place , homely , relaxing, quiet area , Private space, great WIFI allowed us to make contact with family at Nth Lakes . As our mobile data didn’t operate so was able to use WIFI on our mobiles , computers used for an hours work meeting. Wife loved the media room large TV and surrounding sounds . Washing machine and dryer was also very helpful to keep up to date with clean clothes Recommend the stay you will only enjoy
