DO NOT GO HERE This accommodation is not as pictured or described. The accommodation is actually unsafe due to the large amount of mould in the room you can smell it and see it everywhere on the walls. It is the worst room I have ever stayed in in Vanuatu, SE Asia or India. We were not put in the bungalows pictured we were put in this other mouldy bungalow. The reviews on AirBnb all say the bungalows are very clean- this is extremely misleading and not true! All bungalows were damaged by the cyclone and were never fixed. As we arrived here at around 5pm and it’s in the middle of nowhere we weren’t able to walk away and find other accommodation- If it was possible we would have refused the room. In addition to the huge amount of mould there were bugs, broken door does not lock, very dirty, stained mouldy tablecloth, big spiders, I could go on.... Rex’s garden is nice, his card tricks were nice, but his bungalows are not fit for human beings. These bungalows should be removed from Airbnb.

It is an amazing place, literally as it is described in the airbnb will it be. Clean, comfortable - if you are looking for a local and enriching experience. Food, travel and tours can be organised by Rex and Tanna is a place that you must visit.

Rex’s place is beautiful, he and his family are very kind and welcoming, and the accommodation is perfect for those wanting to experience Tanna outside of the resorts. Highly recommended.

Rex vous emmène au coeur de son petit village reculé dans des bungalow et sanitaire en construction locale. Si vous rechercher l'authenticité allez-y. Rex peut vous proposer de vous conduire faire certaines activités à un prix raisonnable car les transports sont chers sur Tanna en général. Sa femme peut vous cuisiner des plats très bons et pas chers, avec des produits locaux.
