Argegno is a lovely place to spend a few days. John's place is up a steep hill from the piazza. It offers a great view looking out over Lake Como from the living room and balcony. The apartment was well equipped for our family of four plus our dog. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The indoor parking with its own garage is much better than on-street parking (it is not a large garage, check if you have a larger vehicle). John provided us helpful recommendations for local restaurants and coffee shops that were a short walk down the hill and was quick to respond to messages and questions.

What a view from this apartment. We had a fantastic stay and John was a super-responsive host. Argegno is a buzzy authentic town, with lots of restaurants and bars. Loved every minute of our stay. Will go back for sure!
