Loved our stay in Mari’s tiny house! Perfect for an overnight trip, well decorated and clean
It’s unusual for me to publish a negative review- but we were left very unsatisfied with our experience. This airbnb was supposed to be self check-in but our host didn’t give us the code for the lock box to enter the property. We enquired earlier in the day to ask our host if a code was required and they didn’t respond. We arrived late, as we were travelling on a road trip and we could not access the key to get inside. It was pouring rain and our host was uncontactable. It was only by pure luck after hours of guessing the code that we were able to get inside in the middle of the night. The host apologised the next day and said she was overseas. We requested a partial refund but never heard back from her.
