Alberto and Moses were very responsive and the apartment matched the photos and description. Very clean and new and everything you needed to make for a good stay, though the shower does leak into the bathroom so needs remedying. Great views from balcony and the sound proofing was good too. Local area is busy, lots of eateries and supermarkets nearby. Everything is in walking distance, some construction work just outside the apartments. We had booked for 3 nights, but ended up staying for just 2 out of the 3 due to the bad weather that Dubai had experienced. This was because we found that the swimming pool was out of use (because of the floods), nothing that Alberto or Moses could do about this and we did get a small refund to compensate but we really missed being able to jump in a pool to cool down. Would stay again when all facilities are available, and would recommend, definitely great for younger folk who want to get out and party - everything is on the doorstep for them!

il monolocale è bellissimo e nuovo. la vista dal balconcino è spettacolare.. Alberto e Moses sono stati sempre pronti e gentili nel rispondere alle mie domande. La comunicazione è stata eccellente! Ricorderò sicuramente quest'esperienza anche perché non è da tutti aver vissuto la peggior catastrofe degli emirati arabi. Vi consiglio assolutamente questo alloggio!

Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Preis und Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. In der Nähe befindet sich fast alles und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gerne wieder :)

We had a perfect stay! The place is very close to the JBR beach and Marina, so overall a great place to live.

Great location! Near the sea, restaurants, shops. The apartment is new and beautiful, the view is amazing. I'll come here next time.
