Two words: Cockroach infested! More than that, the place wasn't ready on time, sheet's were stained, master bathroom faucet didn't work, at all! Literally just spinning around itself and no water coming out. Spiders all over the place so we all left with several bites. And when we told the host, he offered us a 5% refund and a 15% credit on our next stay, as if we would ever want to return. They tried to blame it on food we had left out, although we never had a meal at the apartment. And when we asked for a more reasonable refund, they stopped answering the messages. I've rented on airbnb countless times, but this is the first negative review I've ever left.
