It's a good place, I recommend it. It's kinda complex of several villas and the owner lives close, which gave us a sense of security and comfort. Kind of safe yoga space really :) There's a spacious courtyard and a nice pool which was clean. You could just lie there and enjoy the sun and nature. There are a number of restaurants nearby where you could just walk without using a bike and that's was really convenient. All the rooms are on the ground floor which is again convenient, but there is no serious noise protection so your friends will have to be quieter after you got sleep. However you should take into account that the kitchen is outside and you it's best not to leave food on the table. Kitchen utensils were modern and clean. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Shower rooms might be a bit more modern that's the only thing. My friends and I enjoyed the stay at this place and we would be happy to come here again.

Great place to visit Ubud if you are in a group. The host is nice and the house too!!
