This stylish and unique house in the Old Town has been designed to be a luxury holiday home. The owner has opened up this hidden gem to up to 4 guests at a time. On the ground floor is a patio that is shaded and private, and up on the top floor is a sunny balcony that has a panoramic view over Nice. Tucked away on one of the quietest streets of the Old Town, you are still only a couple of minutes walk into the centre of the action. This private house of around 60sqm is on three floors. On the ground floor is a private patio that you can eat out and relax. There is also a master bedroom with a full en suite bathroom including toilet. There is a large double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. It also has access to the patio. On the first floor there is another large bedroom with full en suite bathroom. On the way up there is another guest toilet. Then the top floor is a large living and dining area with open plan kitchen. This leads out onto a balcony with a breathtaking view over the city of Nice. Note: there is a flight of steps required to access the property and no lift access.

Peaceful oasis in the Old Town! Very quiet, extremely clean, everything as described with many thoughtful touches from Dorina. Comfy beds/bedding, fast internet through the whole house, great showers with plentiful hot water and strong water pressure. I loved the fireplace, which you can use with or without heat. The only slight downside are the stairs, which are not fun with heavy luggage, but the views from the top floor are INCREDIBLE (all the way to the snow-capped mountains!)

The house is located on the calm road on the higher part on the old town of Nice, minutes from Place Saint Francois with its famous Fish market.
Both, Rossetti and Garibaldi squares are 5-minute walk away.
Cours Saleya, a daily market for fruit, vegetables and flowers, and the beach which is an easy less than 10-minute walk.
The central square - Place Massena and the main shopping street Avenue Jean Medecin is 15 min walk away.
Apartment is right in the heart of the old town. Next to the Saint Francois square, less than 10-minute walk from the beach. Main square Place Massena is less than 15 minutes away on foot. Nice train station is 15 minutes away by tram. You will find connections to many other towns and villages from there. If you are coming by car, we advise not to enter the Old Town by car, but to park in one of the underground public parkings next door - “Place du Palais” (the entrance is on Rue Alexandre Mari), “Cours Saleya” (the entrance is on Rue Saint François de Paule) or “Parking Promenade des Arts”.
