The previous reviewer was defiantly on the money. One thing I would add is that there is a reverse osmosis water filtration system installed in the kitchen. I already had a big bottle of water that I bought from OXXO so I refilled it and popped it in the fridge. There are multiple convenience stores nearby that are open late if not 24hrs. Zona Romantica was no more than a 15 min walk and a quick/cheap uber ride away. El Malecon is just about 2 blocks away where you can eat, shop and people watch. The rooftop terrace is perfect. Enjoy watching the sunset on the Pacific Ocean while soaking in a Jaccuzi. The pictures are accuarate and the space is perfect for a couple.

I stayed in unit #1 for a week and had a great stay! It was my first time in PV and the location was close enough to walk to all the main attractions while being hidden away from hectic tourists. I took an uber from the airport and it was easy to get to (just let them know you're on the back side of the building vs right when you pull into the street). Since I was on 1st floor minimal stairs, but there are 4 units and to get to the roof you need to walk up additional flights of stairs. The view is great to see the sunset at night and you can enjoy relaxing lounge chairs, outdoor shower and jacuzzi if you want to escape the beach! I used the grill one night and it was excellent, there's even a little fridge up there to keep things cool. Wonderful stay with a straight shot to the beach down the hill to Playa Los Muertos! Keep in mind walking down is a breeze, but it is about 10-15 flights up a hill (if you choose to walk up that way, great workout, but there are other ways to get back).
