Ashlynn was an exceptional host and this listing was fantastic for my stay. The amenities were great and very convenient for my extended stay! If I’m ever back in Utica, Ashlynn’s property is my first choice!

This was such an amazing stay! As a single woman I am always very cautious about where to stay but this place looked just like the pictures and was in such a nice area. I expressed this to the hosts and they took extra precautions to help me feel comfortable! They also were so kind and recommended me to some really great restaurants in the area. The bed and couch were so comfortable and I loved how clean it was. 10/10 amazing stay and I will be visiting again now that the hospital is built. It’s very close to it and in a nice neighborhood. Compared to other places I have stayed in, it was the nicest and well worth the price. Thank you Ashlynn!
