Ben place was great but I don’t know there was some one living up top of us other than that Ben was a great host quick response time and a clean house.

I’m not the type to leave a negative review, and I wouldn’t say this is negative but I’ll be very honest about how it met my expectations. There were a few things that made it an uncomfortable stay for me and I will list them. It was very noisy outside, the walls kept zero noise out so when people walked past outside the house we could hear their entire convos. Including the noises of trucks/cars/clock tower, yes clock tower. That got on my nerves I won’t lie. And the biggest issue with noise was the upstairs neighbors. I had no idea when I booked this house that people lived upstairs in it, which made me extremely uncomfortable and didn’t make me feel “at home”. I could hear their steps, movies/music/voices all the time. I tried my best to ignore it all. The house itself was clean I suppose, other than the very PARTICULAR stain on the bed… you can imagine that one. The house was smaller than expected and felt “cheap”. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this stay, but maybe Im just picky.

We enjoyed our stay as it was clean, spacious, large and in a convenient location. Nice decor.

On previous work related trips to Sandusky I stayed at the Holliday Inn Express on the edge of town. I would drive downtown for restaurants and casual nightlife. Never again! staying at Ben's place was a monumental upgrade from a hotel. A well appointed apartment with high-end appliances, thick plush towels, and a pleasant decor, all within steps of the vibrant downtown and the lake. I can't wait to come again.
