Welcome to The Washington located in the Sandusky Downtown Waterfront Area! Our newly modernized and upgraded condo unit is where luxury and comfort meet contemporary design. This third-floor unit has been fully renovated and takes up the entire floor. This unit features a gorgeous kitchen with bar seating, a spacious living room, four spacious bedrooms, and two beautifully finished bathrooms. There is also a private outdoor balcony on the top floor with seating to hang out and enjoy the view. Sleeping Arrangement: Bedroom 1: One Queen Bed Bedroom 2: One Queen Bed Bedroom 3: One Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Two Twin Beds There is no elevator in the building and stairs are required.

It was centrally located, a short walk to the lakeside, quiet, easy to find, and easy to park; the only downside was the staircase climbing up to the 3rd floor, which might be challenging for some people. The inside is clean and well-decorated, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. Overall, I would strongly recommend it.

What can I say? Nick’s place @ the Washington was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed yet!! The building alone is absolutely gorgeous 💙 It was perfect for our weekend volleyball tournament at cedar point. Rooms were spacious as well as were the 2 full bathrooms. In house laundry was a plus. Walkable to the downtown area w/cute shops and restaurants. Nick was very accommodating when I had a special request. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again when in the area. 5 ⭐️
