As promised the apartment had clean and well maintained washrooms and basic cooking utensils were also available. The access was provided to the entire apartment. The host aims to provide a comfortable, safe, and highly accessible place that's so nice of them to be considerate and put a double cot with AC in the hall as we were four. It was a comfortable to stay for us. Right from the enquiry till our end of stay the hosts were a call away and they helped at all points.

Very comfortable place for a group of 3 or 4. Hari and Anil - the care takers were very friendly and warm. The place was clean, neat and peaceful. Definitely worth it.

This is in the ground floor. I had booked it for my Dad’s routine medical checkup. It was very spacious. There were two double cots - one in the hall and one in the bedroom. It also had a spacious kitchen. Totally happy with the place and highly recommend it to others.

Sri and Absal were excellent hosts. Extremely polite and prompt in communication. The place is central and was a perfect spot in Kodambakkam for us. Super convenient, clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Parking was right in front of our gate and with just 4 or 5 steps, we were inside the house. The hall was spacious leading into a smaller en-suite bedroom. Kitchen was good size - though we didn't use it. Everything was clean. It's always about Value-for-money. This place definitely hits the sweet spot.
