This is such a great location in Ashland, we walked everywhere downtown! We almost never had to use the car, which is such a bonus. The place has a great layout for a couple. With the bedroom on a different floor, we could actually spread out a little bit when one was awake and the other was still snoozing:). The deck off the bedroom has a beautiful view and is a great place for a cup of coffee or glass of wine. It is a cute, well apportioned and central place to stay!

Great rental! Stayed for a week and we loved it. Only issue was with respect to the WiFi being a little slow/spotty at times, but I believe its satellite so - all in all it was pretty good. Also, if you have a large vehicle or (as in our case) the rental car company gives you a Suburban - parking can be a little bit of an issue regarding access to the trash/recycling, but nothing that can't be worked around. I would recommend bringing a smaller car if possible. Beautiful courtyard and views from the rooftop patio! Wonderful walking access to everything downtown! Exceptional value for this rental! Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome, beautiful amazing property! I will always stay here when I’m in southern Oregon! The location is perfect absolutely gorgeous inside extremely clean and the host was very efficient and friendly to work withI can’t wait to come back!!!!!

We had a great stay at Anne's. The guest house is private and quiet and surrounded by a lovely garden. The neighborhood is very walkable - we walked to a bakery in the morning and enjoyed the views and exploring the area by foot. We appreciated all the little touches like the labels on every light switch. Never had to guess! Thank you, Anne.
