Great little place for exploring Ashland. Very walkable to downtown and located in a quiet area. It was a nice fit for our little family (two adults, a toddler, and two dogs). The sun filled the living room for enjoying my morning coffee. Loved having the little patio and backyard for the dogs. Julia was very responsive and friendly.

Julia’s house was in a perfect location for us. The fenced yard was great for our dogs. The house was situated nicely for privacy in a quiet neighborhood, with easy parking right next to the house. We enjoyed cooking and relaxing when we made it home from our Ashland activities. Julia was very kind and responsive with her communication.

Julia's little cottage was the PERFECT spot for my partner and I to escape to from our fifth wheel in the woods about an hour and a half away. We got the "big city" location, stocked up on yummy groceries from the Ashland Coop, and nestled down for a good two days. The washer/dryer was CLUTCH, and I was able to relax and come home with clean clothes! We also utilized the bathtub for some good hydro-therapy. All in all, it's clear she works hard to make the space beautiful, comfy, inviting and fun! Will definitely keep her in mind next time we need to get out of the woods and into some city-livin'. : )
