Considering the central location of this little gem, it is amazingly peaceful. To add to this charm, the cottage is fresh & bright with a lovely view across the valley. What a joy to walk across the street to the theater & dinner without parking issues. Besides being clean & safe, I like the king size bed, the fireplace, the choice of large tub or shower, the heated bathroom floor, and the little yard, the most. This is a fairly luxurious modern cottage nestled in the trees. It is a long driveway that takes you away from some of the noisy city happenings, and yet it is just across the street from the Cabaret Theater. Lithia Park, 3 Oregon Shakespeare Theaters & Green Show, the downtown movie theater, most of Ashland's shops, restaurants, SOU, and a comprehensive hike & bike trail system are all within a few blocks. After skiing on Mt. Ashland, it is a great place to come back to with fireplace and tub.
