We absolutely loved the house!!! Clean, cute, close to town, and had everything we could ask for. When we come back to Ashland, we are definitely staying here again!!!

Historic Railroad District, right next to downtown. Charming coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and theaters are all within a short walk.
There are two dedicated parking spaces in the alley behind the Serendipity House. Downtown is a couple of blocks away. One can walk to most places in downtown within 15 minutes. Parking downtown can be somewhat challenging during peak times, but manageable.
