I spent a week in Ashland and used the 'Swank House' as my base camp while I explored the area. It is a short walk from everything, which was excellent, and had everything I needed when I wanted to relax at the end of the day. The views from the 2nd floor bedroom are incredible for sunrise and sunset and really provide a different vantage of the local landscape. Ashland is a beautiful place and I enjoyed my stay as this home made me feel like a local. There is a fire station across the street, and while it wasn't a problem, the sirens did kick on and startle me a few times during my stay which I think is worth a mention.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Swank House. Such a lovely space with thoughtful personal touches. The location is great and we didn't even get in our car the entire time we were in Ashland. We went to yummy dinners, saw some theater and went for runs in Lithia Park. A perfect spot to stay in Ashland!

A wonderful stay. We stayed for 6 days and had everything we needed and a very tailored and professional experience from start to finish. 5 star!! Amazing Location just steps from downtown Ashland. We traveled with our one year old and Abby and Matt provided everything we needed to make this an easy stay with a baby. High chair, pack and play and even toys! Interior is gorgeous and loved waking up and seeing the mountains out of the windows in the bedroom. Another highlight was the large soaking tub!! Thanks for an amazing stay in Ashland.
