Good location, clean, pet friendly is awesome. Slept 4 comfortably. Both rooms mattresses and box springs could maybe use upgrade eventually and every toss & turn is a squeak…HA!!! Comfortable overall and so clean cute. Loved the cider treat to welcome us!!! I recommend every time and can’t wait to return! Thank you.

We (2 adults, 2 college students) had a nice stay in Ashland. We appreciated the walkable location. The cottage was cozy and as described! The only (minor) suggestion I have is that it would have been nice to have more kitchen basics (e.g., more plates and mugs, more basic cooking supplies like sugar, a bigger pan, a mixing bowl) - but we managed just fine!

This was the perfect place for our family trip to Ashland. The location cannot be beat! It’s walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, lithia park, and the food coop. In the heart of everything but still feels tucked away and quiet. The cottage was extremely clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were super responsive and helpful , especially when a member of our group left something behind. I highly recommend. We would love to stay again!
