Nice bike ride to wineries 15 min away, or a 30 min. drive to Mt. Ashland for skiing, hiking, biking and more adventures. Our Cottage is completely remodeled and private. Is a stand alone cottage separate with its own access with nice private outdoor space for you to enjoy. Perfect and sweet cottage close to everything Ashland has to offer. Very quiet, private, and comfortable.
This is an adorable cottage that is as good or better than it appears in the photos and description. It is small but great for a couple or a couple with one other person who doesn’t mind a sleeper sofa and sharing a bathroom. Clean, neat and well appointed.
Great space and extremely convenient to restaurants and downtown.

Located in the historic railroad district of Ashland. The heart of Ashland is within walking 5 min distance of downtown. Several coffee shops, great restaurants, grocery and boutique shopping are all within 5-10 minutes walking. Great place to go for a stroll.
Downtown Ashland is a 5-10 min walk to all restaurants, theaters, Lithia Park, Railroad Park, North Mountain Park, Ashland Creek Park, & Garfield Park. Access to the paved Bike path is 3 blocks away. Most hiking trails can be reached by walking through Lithia Park. Wineries are a short bike ride or drive.
Everything is very close for exploring. You have off street parking in front of the bungalow.
