Greg's p[lace was a welcoming, safe and relaxing environment. My mother, sister and I had a wonderful weekend. The Koi pond was a nice touch outside our door. He did a great job being available and friendly as well as giving us our privacy. Highly recommend if you plan on staying in Ashland.

Lovely, helpful and accommodating host. Really enjoyed the peaceful deck and koi pool. The place was spotless and comfortable and really close to everything. A very pleasant stay.

Cute place. Easy to get to downtown from where you're where you're staying. Very nice property managers to deal with. Few things I will say is they are pet friendly, but if you have pets don't expect to be able to explore the city, as you will have to bring your pets with you as they are not to be allowed unattended. One other thing is this is not an entire home/ single family home, as you may expect. you may be attached to one of the property managers as this is a duplex and triplex. All in all it is a great place. Just be aware of the fine print.

10/10. The space we had was small and attached to the owner's unit, but it very cleverly laid out and noise was never an issue. It had everything we needed including a fridge/freezer, microwave, pod coffee maker, dishes, tv, and more. The outdoor area was so peaceful--we quite enjoyed our time sitting next to the koi pond with our dog. The neighborhood was a nice walk as well with incredible views. It was a 5 minute walk to the city center, providing lots of entertainment value.

such a quaint beautiful cozy cottage for my stay! when I had to stay inside and work it was so nice to have the coy pond right there. Iwill absolutely come and stay again!
