Great place to get out of the city to unwind and literally disconnect from the outside world. Spacious inside and so serene in the outdoors. The wife and I truly enjoyed spending the weekend there.

My family and I loved this place. The attention to detail reveals the owners’ dedication to creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment. It felt like staying in a house-style Marriott hotel—very modern, clean, and comfortable. My only complaint is that the beds are so comfortable it’s hard to get up in the morning! We would love to return and stay here again.

We loved our stay at this place! My friends and I gathered with our kids for a short spring break getaway and we all had a blast. The house is beautifully remodeled and decorated, cozy, very clean, and (very important to us) no perfumes or heavy cleaner smells. The kitchen has everything you need to cook—abundant utensils, cookware, and food storage was very appreciated. There are touches throughout to welcome dogs and kids. We had so much fun in the hot tub and making s’mores in the fantastic fire pit. We also enjoyed the Roman baths in Berkeley Springs! Highly recommend. We had originally planned on camping, but when the weather looked questionable we chose this spot instead and were not sorry. Andrew was a great host, very proactive in reaching out with alternative directions in case they were needed. We will definitely be back!

What a great place to get away. It’s quiet and peaceful and I’m sure we would have gone hiking in the state park nearby if it hadn’t rained so much! The place itself was brand new and spotlessly clean. Thoughtfully arranged with plenty of linens, blankets, games, kitchen equipment etc. Daughter and dog were both very happy. We would absolutely stay again!
