PLEASE NOTE: This unit is ABOVE the local store. With windows open, on a busy night outdoor sounds can be heard and coast breezes can be enjoyed. The loft is set up for adult visitors, stairs are required to enter and exit the loft. There are no on-site toys or children's amenities. Not suitable for children under three years of age. No more than four guests are permitted to stay in the loft. There are two loft spaces above the market, please inquire if you are interested in the second unit as well! This home is pet friendly for one small dog (less than 25 pounds). Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation. Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
