This was a getaway for my 6th year wedding anniversary. Property was still getting cleaned when 4pm check in time approached. They rushed to get out and I can still see the floors wet. No big deal. My main issue is , the temperature in the house was very cold. The thermostat stayed at 66 but the house felt like in the 50’s , especially the upstairs bedroom. I tried changing the thermostat to 72 but it stayed at 66 because it was locked and required a code. I reached out to the host at 8pm about it. Host did not respond until 1:28AM. “Thermostat is on the wall, you can change to what suits your need” that is untrue because temp stayed at 66. I responded that it’s not working and host never responded after that. Wife and I had to double bundle up just to keep warm in order to sleep. House was VERY Cold. Especially because it snowed the day of. Regretfully, this was my worst experience with an Airbnb property. Very uncomfortable night.
