Beautiful panoramic views of the ocean in a charming house. Loved the new floors on main living space but the rest of the house had old carpet with pet stains. A bit off putting., with Some broken mini blinds on front panoramic view windows should be replaced. Lots of beach decor that was cute but a bit too much of it. Comfortable beds with lots of space to relax I would definitely recommend this rental for families. Good space in back for pets to go potty. Updating this house with new floors throughout would be a great way to clean up the space

Neptune House in Lincoln City was awesome. Once you get to the third floor, the view is amazing. The wrap around deck allows for the most awesome panoramic views one can imagine. What really made this trip special it the peace and quiet, the waves of the ocean coming ashore brought peace to my soul. Yes, the house is above other houses, but they do not block the view at all. The top floor is where the Master bedroom is located. It is a loft setting, so if you snore, or want privacy you may want to choose a room on the second floor, which also has views of the Pacific and a little more private. The jacuzzi tub, which allows you to relax while watching the waves tumble inland, was so tranquil and mesmerizing I didn't want to get out. I had the wonderful opportunity to meet the house cleaners when I arrived. To have met the couple that made that house so clean was comforting. They were exceedingly kind and friendly, and I knew immediately I was going to enjoy my stay!

This home was absolutely beautiful. The view of the ocean from the living room was stunning! The home was very spacious for our family. Great communication with the host. I will definitely be staying there again!
