Beautiful piece of property. Amazing view of the ocean with stairs down to the beach. Lots of seating for everyone. All the appliances we used worked well. I did not give it 5 stars for a few reasons. This place is worth the money but could use some much needed repairs. One of the showers feels as though the floor is going to cave in and has duct tape in the shower. the carpet needs stretched or replaced as there are huge wrinkles bulging upwards. The upstairs main gas stove was not easy to figure out without instructions. Most of the rooms are very spacious except for the two twin beds which we did not use. Communication with he rental company was slow and at times more than an hour later. once they got a hold of me they did fix things like sending me a new code for the door since mine got shut off. With that said I would stay here again for this price but probably not for summer rates

Beautiful, stunning views, easy/fast beach access. Kitchen was a little small, but it had everything you needed! And two stoves! That helped a lot for our thanksgiving dinner! But overall the views and the beach access were worth it all!!

We rented this home for a staff retreat with children included. So much to say but instead we are just posting a list of issues. 1.Nowhere to put dry food. 2.Refrigerator falling apart- shelves in the door were duck taped together and some had duct tape as the shelf 3. Downstairs bedroom door broken won’t close 4. More than half the light bulbs were out 5. Duck tape all over in the showers holding broken parts 6. 2nd level shower floor felt like you could fall thru 7. Sofa bed on 3rd level broken and unusable 8. 3rd level tv room furniture so broken down 9. 1st level floors wet/musty 10. Missing window screens on top 2 levels (we had small children with us) couldn’t safely use windows to ventilate 11. 3rd level heater full of mini MnMs 11. Requested to check out early/housekeeper sat in front of the rental for the last hour just staring at staff and the house waiting for us to leave. Luckily the beach and weather were beautiful. Please think twice before renting.
