Tons of natural light, large common space, and wonderful amenities to help you have fun and unwind! A fully equipped kitchen to cook in and a large roofdeck to take in the city views. Free street parking for 1 vehicle included (note this will require you partially parking on the curb - additional details can be provided by request). Nick’s location far exceeded what he posted. There were more than enough linens and supplies. Nick was proactive and clear on what his expectations were regarding my stay. There are 2 complaints that I have that are no fault of the host. Firstly, it appears that the neighbors of Nick’s property FALSELY reported that myself and my guests, were loud inside of he location and outside as well. There was mention of men being with my group which is also false as we are Muslim women and no males traveled with us. Lastly, there was a complaint stating we took neighbors’ parking. I’m unclear of how that would be possible, when it is a PUBLIC street that has no “assigned” parking, and we only had one car, that we parked in front of the hosts door. As I stated, these issues are of no fault of the host, and his property far exceeded our expectations 😊
