Spacious and Family Friendly! Backwater Bliss is situated just minutes from the beach and community pool. This expansive residence features abundant extra space, including a game area, a screened-in porch, and a separate lockoff area complete with its own kitchen and living room. Additionally, it boasts a backyard deck with a fire pit. This versatile layout is ideal for families seeking a home that efficiently provides both shared and private areas. A golf cart is included with the rental. Main Area: A large open-concept kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen is well-appointed for eating meals, and the table will seat up to 12 people (with the leafs). Off of the central area are the master bedroom, bunk room, and second bedroom. The bunk room has two (2) twin-bed bunks (4 total beds). Each bed has a down comforter and ceiling fans with window coverings. In-law Suite: The lock-off area has a washer and dryer and a kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove. We like to put all of our beverages in this refrigerator while putting food in the main kitchen refrigerator. There is also a separate outdoor entrance on the side of the house. There is an outdoor shower to clean off after coming back from the beach. The golf cart is included for your use when you rent Backwater Bliss. We ask for a separate agreement, which we will send when you complete your booking. The patio has been enclosed in case the bugs are out! A large backyard deck with a fire pit and BBQ is there for your enjoyment. Four (4) beach cruisers are included for your use. Two are small, and two are large. In the garage is a pool table that converts to ping pong or air hockey table. We also have a beach cart and some beach chairs. There are blue and white striped beach towels available for our guest's use. We want you to use these towels versus the white bath towels. Truly, this house is much larger than the 2200 square feet that it is. With the garage and outdoor living areas, we have not had any problem having 12 people staying at the same time and not feeling crowded.
