We had booked a 2 night stay at Glenn's place this past weekend (Th -S). Upon arrival, we realized there was no electricity in the house. All efforts to reach Glenn failed and we unfortunately had to cancel and find an hotel for the visit. While I understand this may not be Glenn's fault, here is why I wouldn't recommend working with Glenn. First, he was unresponsive. As mentioned above, all efforts to reach him both by me and Airbnb proved abortive. Secondly, Glenn isn't professional. When Glenn finally reached out on Saturday, it was to deny that there was power in the building. He offered no apology whatsoever for the inconvenience and tried to play victim in this situation. Finally, the house smelled like weed, there was trash left in the house, and dishes left in the sink. I won't be staying in any of Glenn's properties in the future
