Would not recommend staying here. Wanda seemed lovely and was very responsive. But, the house is kept at 55 degrees Fahrenheit. Supplies one small space heater that can only be in one room obviously. You’ll be lucky to get the temperature up to 60 in the living room and you will be fighting the AC the whole time. Got permission to change the temperature, and finally got it up to 63 degrees inside, then at midnight the permanent tenant in the back came banging on the door and windows. Yelled to turn down the thermostat because I’m not supposed to touch it and his place is too hot. I paid way too much to be that uncomfortable and harassed. Dust everywhere. Literally a layer on the accent trays on the bed. Expired and spoiled food in the refrigerator. The decor is a whole other level. Thoroughly confused how this was “professionally decorated”. Should have known by the duck blind netting on the front porch with folding chairs. Neighbor plays loud music in the car at 12am. Buyer beware.

Place was said to have been professionally designed but in my opinion it wasn’t. There was dust everywhere and roaches in the kitchen. Spilled grease or liquid stains on the cabinets, food splatter in the microwave, duct tape on the tub faucet, it appeared to be mold around bedroom ceiling and tub drain and a musty smell as soon as we entered the property. All that aside, the owner Ms. Wanda was very nice and respectful. If the property is updated, repairs are made, and it’s properly cleaned I believe it would be a good property to stay in.

This home is definitely for those who are into fashion. It was very chic and cozy. I will recommend it for anyone that loves different decorating styles it was very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again

Great Stay! Our Air Bnb was perfect ! Hospitality was perfect ! Would recommend to small group traveling to Atlanta or surrounding areas.
