The main floor has a dining room with an oversized table and seating for 12, plus 3 additional bar stools in the adjacent kitchen area. The top floor is an open concept den with a large sleeper sofa and oversized chair. This top floor has a patio off the back with beautiful views and outside seating. The front patio has an unobstructed view of the colorful and famous Ferris Wheel. They are very strict on noise violations and the police will be called if excessive noise is coming from our home. If a noise violation is issued you are responsible for the fine amount from the township plus an additional $500 fine. -Reservations from accounts that have not been verified will not be considered. -Must sign rental agreement and place security deposit to confirm reservation.
