The TV in the living room is a Smart TV and the TVs in the bedrooms are Rokus so you can stream your favorite shows with your login credentials. This great condo is on the 3rd floor and the building has an elevator. There is one assigned parking spot and another unassigned guest spot (typically available) for parking for 2 vehicles. There is also plenty of free street parking nearby. You can relax on the large front balcony with a view of the ocean and vacation in style knowing you are walking distace to everything including restaurants, bars, shopping, mini-golf and much more! *Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups.
