Of the six bedrooms (including three primary suites), there are three oceanfront bedrooms and three bayside bedrooms; all have sliding glass doors and panoramic views. The kitchen features custom maple cabinetry, granite countertops, a granite prep island, and stainless steel appliances (including a Thermador refrigerator). There's even a wet bar with a stainless steel beverage center and ice maker. Other lovely details include Canadian fir ceilings, mahogany doors, travertine stone floors, flatscreen TVs in most rooms, and natural wood ceiling fans, lamps, and window treatments. The bathrooms feature Italian tumbled-marble floors and walls, granite countertops, and glass-enclosed showers. Situated mere steps from the ocean, Fountainhead Towers offers access to community amenities that include a beachfront swimming pool, a tennis court, and a sundeck. You'll be practically across the road from the Gold Coast Mall, a matter of steps from restaurants and groceries, three-quarters of a mile south of Northside Park, and only two miles south of the Fenwick Island Lighthouse and tax-free shopping across the Maryland-Delaware state line. <b>Things to Know</b> Full kitchen No pets and no smoking please (including on the oceanfront balconies and in other common areas) Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. <br/>Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles. <br/>Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quite hours. Overall, the entire family had a wonderful stay. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The kitchen & wet bar were very functional for 10+ guest. At night the cable TVs connections in the rooms are patchy, not sure why. Great beache front balcony views with priceless sunrise & sunset views. We'll definitely be back. Thanks
Dishwasher leaked all over the floor despite using the “correct dishwasher tab” as instructed. Showers leaked in multiple bathrooms. Ice maker in bar was very loud and ran continuously. Not enough towels left for 18 people registered but they did bring promptly when asked. They did refund $140 due to broken dishwasher. Owner bought property 1 day before our stay so I cannot blame him for the problems. I was told on multiple occasions by multiple people that only four parking spaces were allowed so we car pooled which was inconvenient for several families. When we arrived there was no limit on the number of spaces. I spoke with Vacassa and the resort itself on several occasions. The property had very nice terraces and was centrally located. I hope the new owner can really bring this lovely property up to the high standard that the weekly rental demands.
Beautiful location and view. Apartment is big enough and so many bathrooms. However, a deep cleaning and washing is much needed! The floor, the headboards, under the beds, spiders, and cover blankets…. NEED a serious wash!!! I wish the weather is better. But we spent a lot of time inside the apartment and everyone had a good time overall!
