The house has all you need to have a blast this summer and make great memories with your family. You'll enjoy lounging in the backyard sunshine after an ocean dip or cooking up fresh Maine lobster by the fire pit. This a 3BR/2bath house on a 1/4 acre property in a beautiful and walkable suburban neighborhood in Cape Elizabeth. It's a ranch-style house so most of the rooms are on the first floor. Only Bedroom 3 and the attached bathroom (#2) are on the second floor. The playroom has a daybed and can be used as an additional bedroom/guest room. The fenced-in backyard is large for the neighborhood, gets ample mid-day sun, comes with a swingset, fire pit, hammock, outdoor dining table and chairs, and a grill. You can also enjoy fresh blueberries from the multiple blueberry bushes that fruit starting around mid-July.
